Mike Loughrin is the CEO and Founder of Transformance Advisors. He brings exceptional experience in industry, consulting services, and education. Mike has helped organizations such as Levi Strauss, Warner Home Video, Lexmark, and Sweetheart Cup. He teaches for Louisiana State University Shreveport.

Lale Lovell

Lale Lovell, Ph.D. is the Vice President of Transformance Advisors. She is a chemical engineer with over 20 years of engineering and management experience in a variety of technology companies in Colorado, including Lexmark and Seagate. Lale brings a wealth of expertise to her role, specializing in lean thinking and coaching.

Her dedication to continuous improvement and community service underscores her commitment to professional excellence for her clients. As time permits, Lale likes baking, reading historical fiction, going on walks/hikes, and traveling to new places.

Mara Irons is the Marketing Manager at Transformance Advisors. She specializes in crafting compelling content and conducting research to ensure community relevance. With a background spanning education, transportation, digital marketing, health, and nonprofit sectors, Mara brings diverse expertise to her role.

Driven by a passion for assisting small businesses in the digital realm, Mara delivers innovative solutions and fosters meaningful connections. Outside of work, she loves exploring the outdoors with her dog, Indi. However, if it’s cold or raining, you can find her on the couch watching true crime documentaries with a glass of wine.

As President Emeritus of the ISCEA International Standards Board and a former president of the Association for Supply Chain Management, Mike is a recognized leader in the field. Beyond work, he enjoys international travel, exploring national parks, and supporting micro-breweries.

Larry Simon

Larry Simon is an Advisor at Transformance Advisors. He is a seasoned supply chain professional dedicated to enhancing company performance and aligning supply chain strategies with organizational visions. He also mentors student organizations, empowering them to excel in competitions like The Fresh Connection. Outside of work, Larry indulges his passion for biking, logging over 1,200 miles annually on trails across Chicago, Florida, and the US.
